THE CHALLENGE
Each year, the Summit brings together Great Place to Work’s internal leaders, clients, and partners—a rare opportunity to capture powerful stories and insights. While the event has always been content-rich, the potential to meet multiple content goals across teams in a single, strategic production window hadn’t been fully tapped—until now.

OUR APPROACH
Maximize the summit as a production hub—capturing high-quality footage while everyone was in one place to serve multiple initiatives. For this project, we built a strategy to recap the week and promote next year’s summit through social media content, all filmed during The Great Place to Work Summit. We also captured a separate internal video series during the same shoot window.

WHAT WE DELIVERED
Over the course of six months, we’re producing around 100 video deliverables to support a year-long summit campaign—ranging from recap edits and social promos to internal highlights and thought leadership clips, all designed to keep the momentum going across platforms.

THE OUTCOME
This partnership introduced a new content strategy Great Place to Work hadn’t implemented before—capturing a high volume of video assets in one focused effort to fuel a year-long campaign. Our approach made it cost-efficient and scalable, solving a key challenge: how to consistently produce high-quality video content across teams without overwhelming internal resources.
